The Customer Service and Sales Specialist position in Scarborough, Maine is responsible for taking calls from existing customers looking to purchase energy products. You will have a solid understanding processing up to five computer applications at once, using a dual-monitor setup while utilizing product knowledge to sell services and placing customers on automatic renewal. Successful candidates will have experience in phone sales, excellent communication skills, and proficient computer skills. This is a full time, first shift position.

Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent

• Phone sales experience helpful, not required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Comfortable working with a dual monitor setup

• Proficient computer skills

Customer Service Specialist Details:

• Full time, 1st Shift: 7:55 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday

• Pay Rate: $18
