Your job:

• 1099 position (commission only)
• In person sales
• Sell high ticket solar systems to homeowners in your area
• Be able to conquer objections and close deals in one sit
• Manage a pipeline of appointments including new business, follow ups and resets.
• Regular prospecting either through door knocking or cold calling
• Be honest and proactive in all your communications both internal and external

Job qualifications:

• 2+ years sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in the home improvement/solar industries (preferred but not required)
• The commitment and willingness to regularly prospect
• Money-motivated attitude
• Coachable mentality and willingness to learn
• Determination to win and exceed set expectations
• Work to your potential not your quota
