About the Role

• This exciting Sales Consultant (entry level sales) position comprises a mixture of desk based and face to face customer interaction with ongoing guidance from a direct mentor and the experienced colleagues with in your team.
• You will be provided training in the raw material/chemicals industry pertaining to the Industrial, Food & Beverage, Agricultural, Water Treatment, Detergent, and Pharmaceutical divisions.
• After training has been completed you will continue to have ongoing guidance from your mentor as you build on your career at Redox.
• This support will lead to improving your confidence to organize face to face meet and greets with your assigned customers, establish B2B rapport with internal and external contacts enabling you to excel with meeting your future sales goals.
• This role would suit anyone with an outgoing, assured demeanour and a career focus.
• If you’re an individual that would like to mix your knowledge of science/chemistry with face to face customer interaction or a business graduate looking for an exciting and growing industry to work in, this position is for you. There are constant challenges within the role however you will be working with like-minded individuals that will be able to provide you guidance on how you can overcome those obstacles ensuring you gain the right confidence to love what you do.

Requirements

• Driver’s License (you will be required to visit customers)
• Permanent Resident or US Citizen
• Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Business is preferred but not necessarily required.
