DryZone Basement Systems wants a motivated and experienced in-home sales professional to join our growing Team. This is the ideal Sales opportunity because we provide unlimited training for you, generate quality leads for you and book in-home appointments for you, too. You are set up for success and the opportunity to earn an excess of $100,000 every year. DryZone installs high quality basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation systems in homes across Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. What your responsibilities will be:

· Run company generated leads

· Educate customers on best solutions

· Close sales and meet individual and Team goals

· Proficiently use software to generate proposals

· Dedication to training and growth

What you need for this role:

· In-home sales experience (preferred but not required)

· Construction experience and knowledge a plus

Punctual & polite attitude

· Problem solving abilities

· Strong listening, communication, follow-up, and closing skills

· Detail oriented, focused, and a team player

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Construction: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
