Job Summary The Senior Enterprise IoT Solutions Sales Consultant will drive sales growth for the MachineQ team, which sits in the Strategic Development Organization at Comcast. This role will be responsible for generating new IoT business through prospecting into new prospective clients, identifying opportunities to solve customer needs with our IoT connectivity platform and solutions portfolio, and driving those opportunities to closure. Product portfolio includes a fully integrated LoRa Wan Connectivity Platform which powers an array of IoT solutions and a full stack RTLS solution.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Be an expert at identifying new prospects, developing new customer engagements and relationships, developing a robust funnel of qualified opportunities, and driving deals to closure with the MachineQ product portfolio
Maintain an active and evolving working knowledge of the overall IoT landscape, LPWAN offerings, and RTLS ecosystem in order to influence a prospective buyers decision making.
Understand customer pain points, position MachineQ products to deliver ROI for accounts through a consultative business-to-business or solutions based sales strategy,
Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities.
Manage existing client revenue streams to retain and grow existing business and display operational excellence through funnel, forecast management, and other administrative requirements consistent with corporate sales, service, and operational goals and objectives.
Display collaborative and Team player behaviors and buy in to the sales methodology and strategy of the MachineQ organization
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Passion for winning, hunger to get better, be coachable, and have relentless pursuit of expanding knowledge of products, competition, and customers
Qualifications:
Generally requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Proven Sales experience in a B2B enterprise software, platform sales, Internet of Things (IoT), or equivalent technology environments.
Experience selling RTLS and LPWAN IoT platforms or solutions strongly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
Creative professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, yet unstructured environment.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Ability to travel approximately 50%.

National Pay Range: $60,000.00 USD-$156,250.00 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
Targeted Commission: $65,000
