Buyer's Agent

APPLY FOR THIS JOB Gary Mercer Group at KW- We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent/showing partner to work alongside one of our top agents who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. We’re a very busy real estate mega team in need of a talented buyer's agent/showing partner to show properties in Chester, Montgomery and Delaware Counties. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, prepare contracts and help buyers find their dream home.

• Responsibilities Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
• Follow up with all prospective clients and keep CRM up to date
• Lead generate for new business
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
• Attend buyer consultations with the lead agent(s)
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
• Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation $24,000+ expected comissions of $50,000 +
