The Sales Analyst will be part of GNC’s Walmart Inc. Wholesale Team and assist the team in accomplishing annual sales and profit goals. This role will be responsible for owning all data management and requests for the Walmart and Sam’s Club wholesale businesses and will manage requests from both internal and external parties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct the end-to-end sales process alongside the Walmart Inc. Wholesale Team
• Develop and deliver weekly sales reports with Microsoft Excel to the Wholesale Team
• Provide recommended actions based on insights gathered from data
• Execute timely and accurate ad hoc analysis on sales, profit, inventory, replenishment orders, feature sell through and sales lift, performance vs forecast and budget, and eCommerce performance
• Contribute to Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external parties
• Develop weekly reporting using Retail Link and 3rd Party data sources (Nielsen, IRI, etc.)
• Discover business growth opportunities through data exploration
• Delegate tasks and conduct training for the Walmart Inc. Business Analyst Intern
• Influence the strategic direction of GNC’s Walmart Inc. Wholesale business
• Additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
• 2+ years progressive CPG, Retailer, or Data Management experience required
• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
