Express Employment Professionals is looking for an Outside Sales Rep to join our team in Forrest Hills! Express is a staffing agency servicing the Pittsburgh East area!

We help local businesses find top talent to fill their open job positions!

$35,000-$40,000/ year + commision!

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing clients
• Conduct sales calls in office via telephone and email communication
• Generate new leads
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain all documentation with clients and leads through proprietary tracking system
• Attending job fairs, local events, and meeting with potential clients
• Understanding and promoting company services
• Determine pricing, quotes, and handle negotiations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in an office setting
• Experience in sales
• Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Very comfortable with computers
• Experience with Google Docs
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s License
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
