We are currently hiring for a Sales Manager, with the qualities of a leader, to build a sweeping sales strategy to meet quotas, manage a team of sales professionals and oversee the financial success of the Sales Department.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Work closely with the marketing team.
- Create sales reports.
- Attend industry events, meetings, trade shows etc to promote company.
- Develop sales training programs, plans and strategies.
- Manage sales teams.
- Manage detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly.
- Recruit, onboard, sell through and support strategic Sales Partners.
- Drive the development of Pioneer’s Partner program within the United States.
- Work with the CEO to develop a Partner support model and make organizational suggestions to support strategic accounts and end users belonging to strategic Partners – a white glove program.
- Develop and perform training for Partners to bring them up to speed on our value/product/solutions/pricing via webinars, conference calls and face to face meetings.
- Assist Partners with quotes, sales contracts and supporting paperwork as necessary.
- Ensure the integrity of CRM.
This position has a Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM schedule working off a base salary with the possibility for bonuses and commission. Some week's may exceed 40 hours.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a sales manager
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
Compensation and Perks:
- $75,000 - $95,000 salary (depending on experience) plus commission plus bonus
