Colonial Marble & Granite is searching for an Project/Account Manager to join our growing team within our Commercial Project Department!

The account manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with their external clients by seeking to understand the client’s needs, planning how to meet them, and executing on those objectives. This individual sets their clients up for success by ensuring their goals are met and their voices are heard. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy building and maintaining client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution required (Preferred fields of study; Design, Architecture, Business, Communications)
• At least two-years of experience in account management, project management, vendor management, and/or partner management required
• Ability to read architectural plans is a major plus!
• Previous experience in as a Project Manager or Account Manager in a commercial industry is a major plus!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist clients by understanding their needs/expectations and leveraging the company’s internal resources to help meet the client’s goals
• Serve as the client’s main point of contact, visit clients in-person, and provide recommendations of services or actions that help lead to greater success
• Act as a liaison between the client and departments within the company to convey information, ensure understanding, and make certain all projects get done in an accurate, timely manner
• Monitor the client’s budget, explain costs, and negotiate new terms if necessary
• Understand market trends and consumer insights within the industry
• Identify new clients and potential business opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
