NantHealth is seeking a passionate sales professional to join our team in the payor sales vertical. The RVP, Payor Sales is responsible for prospecting and penetrating large Payor Accounts, building and expanding existing strong relationships in the large payor market with key decision makers. You possess a passion for sales, experience selling SaaS, and a curiosity for the healthcare technology space.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Take a strategic and proactive approach with their existing business relationship portfolio and be entrepreneurial in acquiring new business.
  • Experience brokering and negotiating complex contracts in large national payor accounts .
  • Proven history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals.
  • Uses effective sales techniques to uncover customer needs that can be addressed through the company’s solutions.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Ability to jump into different environments, adapt, and learn new skills and processes quickly.
  • Use your knowledge and influence to align client goals with NantHealth
  • Remain current in health care and wellness policies and market trends to offer proactive information and guidance to NantHealth teams and potential clients
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years’ experience in Sales, specifically SaaS sales
  • Healthcare and/or wellness sales background, preferred
  • Experienced with large consultative deals in the payor/healthcare arena, strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strategic thinker skilled at building relationships and influencing potential client leadership at all levels
  • Ability to sell to senior leaders and C level executives.
  • Equally strong at building relationships with internal team members across multiple functional areas
  • Strong business analytics and metrics skills
  • Ability to travel
