Your Opportunity:

Successful candidates will be honest, able to demonstrate past sales and customer service excellence, be aggressive and organized, and truly enjoy working with our customers to provide a one-of-a-kind, "knock their socks off" finished pool product. We are a custom builder, so our projects are limited only to your imagination. Past pool sales experience is a plus, as is experience working with Pool Design Software. You must be dependable, willing to get to work right away, and enjoy outside and inside sales. You would set your own schedule, which may include evenings and weekends as clients are available. We offer aggressive commission plans with immense earnings. If you are confident in your ability to sell, feel that the customer experience is critical to your success, and enjoy building lasting relationships with customers and co-workers, we welcome your resume.

Above-average salespeople make $100,000 to $120,000.00 annually!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for driving and increasing pool sales
  • Serve as a key resource for all customers within a designated geography
  • Utilize pool design software
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and drive the selling effort by training and coaching store and field personnel to achieve sales and profit objectives.

Qualifications

  • Three to five years of outside sales experience or a college degree and 1-2 year’s work experience
  • Proficiency with computers Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must enjoy meeting people and providing solutions that build long-term business relationships
  • Knowledge of the swimming pool industry is a plus but not a requirement
  • Must enjoy working with diverse teams of dynamic individuals who strive to win
  • Must have reliable transportation and an excellent driving record
  • Must be punctual and precise
  • Must understand profit and loss

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
