The Faris Group of Keller Williams of The Lowcountry (Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head and Surrounding Areas) are looking for a driven go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is passionate about helping our US Service Members buy, sell, or invest in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Consistently work with team-provided leads through their real estate journey according to their needs and goals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of our current market to redefine buyer’s/Seller’s criteria and accurately answer client questions properly
• Conduct CMAs and discuss terms with clients to accurately write and present offers
• Work with the team’s transaction coordinator through all aspects of the transaction, from negotiations to acceptance to close.
• Utilize the team’s CRM to keep client information organized & up to date
• Participate in position-related training and education
• Ability to commit to attending weekly team meetings, coaching sessions, & training sessions

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License required
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a genuine desire to make a family’s dream come true

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $77,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
