Responsibilities:
- Serves as the main point of contact for service and billing escalations.
- Builds and maintains a working relationship with heads of departments.
- Oversees customer delivery, installation and end-user training.
- Demonstrates empathy and understanding of customer concerns.
- Strategizes sales and service on account situation and action plan.
- Serves as a liaison between customer, sales and service.
- Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
- Promotes and supports Xerox programs and offerings
- Supports and assists in onboarding new partners, including order preparation and submitting lease applications for credit review
- Communicates appropriate items to internal and external partners
- Maintains close communication with cross functional teams to ensure transactions are streamlined and processed timely.
- Assists with customer quarterly business reviews
- Provides exceptional customer service.
Basic Requirements:
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
- Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
- Bachelors and/or Associates degree in business or related field preferred
- Customer Service experience
- Proficient in reviewing documents and contract requirements for issue resolution
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced work environment to produce high quality, timely and organized output.
