Benefits:

• $52,000.00 Salary plus commission (most applicants can expect to make 80-110k per year based on current market conditions)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional buying experience by actively listening to the customer's automotive needs
• Professionally support the customer throughout the sales process by building rapport through needs assessment, product presentation, and test drive demonstration
• Maintain communication with the customer prior to, during, and after the sale via phone, email, or text
• Attending weekly training to become proficient in product knowledge and showroom sales processes
• Achieve unit sales targets
• Maintain customer relationships to achieve high CSI ratings
• Maintain client relationships and technical assistance after sale
