Job description

Portland, ME based Commercial Real Estate firm with Hospitality Industry focus seeking licensed Commercial Broker with knowledge of Maine and New Hampshire Lodging Industry. CCIM affiliation and specific hospitality industry experience desirable.

This position offers work flexibility and lucrative commissions servicing a well established clientele and large customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management of an existing portfolio of clients and listed properties in Maine's diverse hospitality industry to provide exceptional customer service. Assistance with coordination of outbound communications and follow up with inbound inquiries from buyer prospects
• Leverage sales experience and industry knowledge to assist designated broker to handle negotiations, contracts, due diligence, and other support required to close transactions

• Position allows flexibility to work from home as well as from a well appointed suite of offices in our Portland headquarters to meet with clients and prospective buyer customers. Administrative support and parking provided.

Requirements:

• Real estate brokerage experience and active or prior license
• Hospitality industry - lodging experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or other relevant education/training
• Realtor CCIM designation highly desirable
• Sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to support and work well with existing team members

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Self-determined schedule
• Weekend availability
