Position Snapshot:
- Title: Sales Development Representative
- Responsibilities: initiate sales process, schedule new business sales appointments, proactively source, develop, and maintain target prospect list

Position Details:
Expect your typical day as a Sales Development Representative to be focused on the following initiatives:
- Sales appointments: schedule new business appointments for sales team through a multi-touch prospecting effort. Track & maintain all activity in internal CRM
- Lead generation: develop a proactive strategy to source leads, identifying target and decision-makers. Collaborate with internal resources to develop & follow-up on marketing campaigns. Create & maintain target prospect lists.
- Networking: Develop a personal network of contacts for the long-term sourcing of prospects through professional referrals.
- Continuing education: attend industry events, seminars, and informational workshops to learn about changes in the insurance industry to understand the new products and services provided; complete technical training to develop a thorough knowledge of Fidella solutions, differentiators, and value proposition.

- Bachelor’s degree in the following fields preferred, but not required
- Sales or related field
- Marketing or related field
- Business/Business Administration
- Communications
- Excellent communication skills such as listening, speaking, and writing
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere
- Proficient in office technology, such as Microsoft Office products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year
