220 Marketing is looking for highly motivated candidates ready to take the next step in their sales career. This Business Development role is perfect for those with 1-3 years of sales experience, or even those with no experience, but strong communication and problem-solving skills. Business Development Reps will become sales consultants at the completion of their training.

This Business Development role offers the chance to immediately earn commissions while training and learning from successful sales consultants. BDRs are training to become Sales Consultants capable of prospecting and closing their own business. 220 sells a variety of internet-based marketing solutions and we provide extensive training on Social Media, Website, Email, Search Engine Optimization, and Newsletter marketing, as well as, Online Reputation/ Review Management and traditional forms of marketing like print, tv, and radio.

Training is based on shadowing and learning from successful sales and marketing consultants. As your skills and product knowledge grows, you will take over more of the sales process, earning more and more commissions at each stage of the training. The training typically takes 4-8 months before you are ready to close business from start to finish on your own, but training is customized based on each individual’s skill set and experience.

Our goal is to make sure every BDR is given the training and skills to not only succeed as a sales consultant but eventually to train their own BDRs. As a result, this position offers plenty of room for advancement and a solid career path for any top-level salesperson.

  • Experience with Google AdWords and/or SEO
  • B2B Sales Experience

Compensation:

  • Base pay of $20.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Monthly and Quarterly commissions

*** Hours are Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM ***
