We are currently looking for an energetic, engaging professional to assist us in serving our incredible clients. We are looking for someone with experience in client facing manager roles and in hiring and recruiting talents for contract and permanent positions in the Pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will not only fill open positions but also build lasting relationships with our clients, guiding them through the interview and hiring process to ensure that they find their best match. The goal of this role is to serve clients and help them to identify and select many successful employees. We offer excellent pay package and commissions, commensurate with this Intermediate Level position.
ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run client accounts to fill job orders. Attend Client Meetings, as requested and needed. Account Manager will engage constantly with Client and Candidates to successfully fill Client job orders and generate revenue for the company and meet periodic revenue and gross margin goals.
- Identify and recruit talents through both proactive and passive strategies such as the use of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), job boards/postings, referrals, and traditional networking.
- Work closely with Client/MSP to understand their staffing needs and their selection, hiring and onboarding processes.
- Be familiar with customer KPIs and Supplier Scorecards. Understand, align, and manage our recruiting teams to perform per these metrics.
- Work closely with the Recruiting Team Manager, Lead and Recruiters to find quality candidates for the job orders.
- Share job order insights, sourcing/search strategies and spotlight details with the recruiting teams and mentor the recruiters to achieve required performance.
- Approve resumes/candidates to be submitted to the open jobs. If required, review resumes, schedule phone screens and interviews.
- Work with our HR and onboarding team as well as Client/MSP Managers through the process of hiring and onboarding once a candidate is selected.
- Periodically report team performance to management, including – customer & internal metrics, revenue & margins.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience in relevant field
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Recruiting for Pharma & Life Science positions.
- At least 3 years’ experience as Client Account Manager for direct Client/MSP Programs
- Excellent Communication and strong Client Relationship building skills
- Preferred CCWP or CTS certifications, but not a must.
