Full description of the position

We are looking for motivated, sports-minded team members to hire immediately for our full-time Entry Level Sales role. Ideal candidate has a drive to succeed and desire to achieve his or her greatest potential. You'll be trained in sales psychology to be able to deliver interactive sales presentations while building an outstanding rapport with each customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with potential customers in a high-traffic retail environment in a friendly, attractive manner
• Pre-qualify customers for sustainable home energy solutions
• Set follow up appointments to answer outstanding customer questions and present custom energy proposals
• Learn and execute full cycle sales process
• Strategically network and expand your customer base
• Confidently provide focused customer service
• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics
• Required to stand or walk for long periods of the day
• Must have reliable smart phone to utilize company applications

REQUIREMENTS

• Outstanding customer service experience
• Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Desire to help customers find solutation and also help team members thrive

HOUR AND BENEFITS

• Flexible schedule, Monday - Friday 10:00 PM - 6:00 PM with one weekday off and one required weekend day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
