Join Bella Construction as we continue to grow in our sales department. The ideal candidate will be able to run new leads and will represent the company well. Many opportunities to grow and no cap on salaries.

This is a full time position with an average salary of around $60,000 - $120,000 per year. Company vehicle can also be provided, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales opportunities with potential customers
• Identify customers needs and help them to achieve their dream home
• Manage and grow relationships between new and existing customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by company

Qualifications

• 2+ years' of sales experience (home improvement skills preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• Construction knowledge is also encouraged

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
