Energetic, experienced sales leader with a strong background in Transient and Group Sales. Excellent team player, ability to achieve results through effective sales strategies and processes to ensure maximized revenue growth YOY. Someone with local area knowledge and strong ties to the community partnerships!

What you will be doing..

Responsible for providing total Sales Management and Development to ensure the success of the hotel reputation, YOY growth in ADR, OCC RevPAR, and client retention.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2yr(s) of experience as a DOSM - in a similar position type property - select service brands
• Manage RFP and LNR business
• Solicit new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded within all market segments. Identify business opportunities, and proactively research, analyze, and tele-market prospective clients
• Experience leading sales efforts, communication skills
• Preparing contracts, weekly reports, and other tasks related to the sales department.
• Maintain a weekly sales quota of outside calls, all telemarketing calls and site inspections as assigned by the General Manager
• Ensure all pertinent aspects of solicitation, closing, and customer communications are complete and documented
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience (2 years +)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
