Job Description

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty is seeking a NH licensed Real Estate Broker to help manage our offices in the Lakes Region of NH. The offices are located in Belmont, Meredith and Wolfeboro NH. We are a highly successful real estate organization with a track record of growth and profitability. The Manager is a key individual within our organization who will lead and develop agents in our offices. Responsibilities include recruitment, coaching, transaction management and training. We are seeking a team player, strong verbal and written communication skills and technology savvy. A minimum five years Real Estate Brokers license is preferred.

Salary commensurate with experience and education. Between wages and commissions the individual will be able to earn 60,000 to 150,000 per year.
