Fitzgerald Restoration Services Inc. is a general contracting company that specializes in restoration, waterproofing, and masonry work in the Greater Boston area. We offer a comprehensive array of services to complete any building renovation project. Our locally owned and operated contracting company has been in business for more than 20 years, offering a wide variety of residential and commercial construction services.

Our growing company is looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Estimating Rep. who will support the management team in pursuit of work opportunities. This position is responsible for taking the initiative and pursuing work in the marketplace, and building client relations. As the Sales & Estimating Rep. you will work directly with our management team to help increase sales and client relations as well as learn how to estimate and create proposals for various jobs. We are seeking diverse applicants with experience as well as a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

• Typically 9am-5pm. Infrequent after-hours, early-hours, or weekends depending on customer and business needs.
• 50% in-office work / 50% onsite with clients at job sites, etc.

General responsibilities:

• Work with clients to clearly define the scope of work via meetings, emails, and other methods.
• Develop and build relationships with customers to position us as their favorite trusted resource.
• Generate new leads and support existing customers to discover new opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers on their outstanding proposals
• Develop sales targets, strategies, target customers, and other metrics for success.
• Attend customer meetings with other staff, when necessary.
• Estimate jobs according to our model.
• Attend pre-bid walk-through visits to job sites to determine logistics.
• Travel to job sites when necessary.
• Write detailed and accurate estimates for proposal.
• Negotiate best solutions and pricing to achieve customers' scope, budget, and scheduling needs.

Required Skills:

• Valid and clean driver’s license (company vehicle may be provided).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years’ experience in construction, restoration and/or development.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or estimating is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
