HEARTHSIDE FIREPLACE AND PATIO is looking to grow our team of dedicated professionals in our Westport, MA location! Hearthside Fireplace is hiring a Showroom Associate in our Westport, MA retail location.

Applicants will NOT be considered without a minimum of 2 years consultative home improvement sales experience or a minimum of 5 years of showroom sales success. This is NOT an entry level position. Prior sales success is a MUST!

Your Role as a Showroom Retail Associate

• Develop an in-depth understanding of hearth and patio products and the installation process to facilitate product recommendations and solutions for our customers. We will provide product and industry standards training
• Systematically manage all customer quotes, orders, previews and installations
• Build strong relationships with customers and be extremely diligent with follow up
• Be the "expert" by committing to continuous learning about new products
• Strong sense of interior design and/or experience within the home improvement and/or residential construction industry is highly desired.
• Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office Tools (email, Word, Excel)
