Capital Motor Cars has a unique and financially attractive opportunity at our Marlton, NJ office for a highly motivated, self-starter in the new car sales and leasing business. As the leading sales and leasing company in the Delaware Valley and Tri-State area, we are looking to hire an experienced automotive sales professional who has a successful track record and is seeking to maximize their earning potential well beyond what a traditional brick and mortar car dealership can offer.

What we offer:

· Flexible work schedule (no nights or weekends)

· Income potential $60,000 - $100,000/year

· Extremely generous commission and monthly bonus-based pay plan that far exceeds what the typical car dealership can offer

In this position, you will be able to sell or lease all current vehicle makes/models and not just be limited to a single brand like a traditional dealership.

The right candidate will have an established book of customers and will be ready to create new business as well.
