Position Title: National Channel Manager
Hybrid: Remote/Lansdale
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We a seeking an experienced Channel Manager who will develop and maintain relationships with existing partners as well as recruit new partners to increase revenue. Role will report to Director of Sales & Marketing.
Candidate should have an extensive background, recruiting channel partners, building key relationships, and developing sales strategies. Continued partner development through training and supporting sales efforts, will be expected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to team monthly revenue sales goals
- Prospect and recruit new partners within the channel
- Train and onboard new partners
- Build business development plans to accelerate partner selling practices
- Host webinars/calls/customer meetings for potential new opportunities; Must be able to position solutions based on customer pain points
- Develop and manage vertical growth strategy
- Field questions, comments, and concerns from customers and work to retain and upgrade accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasting, revenue booking and client account information in CRM database
- Ability to discuss and manage agent agreements
- Properly position NetCarrier services by understanding products, pricing, and value proposition
- Prepare customer quotes
- Analyze and compare competitor quotes and offerings
- Complete a profit margin analysis in competitive situations
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
- 5-7 years’ experience in IT, Telecom, Technology, Channel role, Account Management with an understanding of the innerworkings and can bring new relationships to the table
- Effective communication
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); Knowledge of basic formulas and formatting
- The ability to quickly learn software systems
- The ability to think creatively, work in a team atmosphere and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Travel locally and nationally for partner events/trainings
- Partner recruiting/Relationship building and business development skills
- Ability to Forecast/Budget Sales and Churn Goals
- Experience working with third-party sales vendors

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
