The Preserve, a private living community featuring over 2,000+ acres of pristine Texas nature, located in Liberty County, Texas, just an hour from Beaumont and Houston, is currently offering an excellent job opportunity for Bilingual Land Sales Representatives who want to build a career with a well-established Real Estate Investment Company.
Our expansive landscape is filled with properties available for sale including: RV park properties, lots, new homes, tiny homes, mobile homes, and also rental cabins. At the Preserve we offer a combination of a natural environment and carefully planned amenities, ideal for those seeking a retreat and/or a place to call home. Property owners at the Preserve enjoy a scenic environment which includes fishing lakes, miles of white sand beaches, swimming pools, outdoor pavilions, BBQ stations and picnic areas, walking and hiking and biking trails, and an Equestrian center with 20+ miles of riding trails.
If you are self-motivated, and have a high level of enthusiasm and integrity, we have a place for you. The ideal candidate for this role will have:
· Bilingual skills in English/Spanish
· Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport and uncover customer needs
· Previous sales, retail, call center, telemarketing or customer service experience
· Strong verbal communication skills and ability to achieve sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
· Great negotiation, proactive follow up and great listening skills
· Knowledge of Word, Outlook Email, and a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
· Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including extended hours and weekends
· Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance
There is no license or real estate experience required. Our Land Sales Specialists are primarily in the office providing information/customer service over the phone to prospective buyers, but they also meet with customers in person and conduct property showings. Additional duties include but are not limited to:
· Guiding customers through the purchase process
· Participating in Marketing and Networking events to enhance sales
· Following up on sales leads/prospective customers
· Completing administrative tasks for loan/sales files

Pay: $43,832.00 - $170,003.00 per year
