Scarborough Terrace is an upscale, premier assisted living and memory care community serving seniors in the greater Portland area. It is family owned, with many long-tenured staff. We are seeking a positive team player with a strong sales and marketing background to rent apartments to seniors. Duties include: fielding inquiries from prospects by phone and email; conducting on-site tours and outreach to prospects, referral sources and the community; managing lead tracking database; coordinating follow-up and move-ins; and, coordinating marketing events. This challenging opportunity will provide an attractive salary plus commissions and benefit package.
