Job Summary:

Woodfin-Your Home Team is searching for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team! The Home Team Assistant Sales Manager will provide support and assistance alongside our Home Team Sales Manager. HVAC, Generators, Plumbing, and Indoor Air Quality installation jobs sold by our Sales Team require a dependable, organized individual with a strong desire to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers, and our fellow employees. In addition to supporting the Home Team Sales Manager and Comfort Advisors, this individual will direct a team of Sales Lead Coordinators imperative to the success of Woodfin-Your Home Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages a team of approximately 3-5 Sales Lead Coordinators.
• Works with Human Resources to recruit, interview, hire, and terminate Sales Lead Coordinators as needed.
• Ensures core values are adhered to as well as initiatives such as the Sales Coordinator’s Ideas Team.
• Develops, tracks, and reports key performance measurements for the Sales Team.
• Develops and implements process and procedures to maintain a well-functioning sales team.
• Calculates commission earnings for the Comfort Advisors.
• Submits commission earnings to payroll team in accordance with the Sales Team Commissions Calendar.
• Researches, compiles, and prepares reports such as individual and team sales data, lead source reports, method of payment reports, and commission reports.
• Assists Sales Manager in approval of job folders.
• Assists Sales Manager with On/Offboarding of Comfort Advisors.
• Assists Sales Manager with escalated customer complaints or questions.
• Facilitates rebate process for financing claims.
• Supports Comfort Advisors as needed.
• Performs additional tasks when required.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Degree is required.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• 3 years of management experience required.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency is required.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Effective written and oral communication and understanding of the English language.
