Full description of the position

We are a growing company looking for a motivated individual to add to our team. The ideal candidate will be career minded, have a strong work ethic with great customer service skills/intrapersonal skills, possess knowledge of the automotive and/or finance industry, and have a drive to make money.

Details:

  • This is an Immediate Full Time opening for the right individual.
  • We are an established automotive dealer with two locations in the Quad Cities area.
  • Salary based wage with the opportunity to earn incentive pay on top of that to reach a minimum of $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Qualifications:

  • A good driving record is mandatory.
  • Sales and/or Finance experience required.
  • High school diploma/ GED (college degree a plus).
  • Experience in the Auto Industry favorable.
  • Prior managerial experience and/or customer service experience recommended.

Job Description/Duties:

  • Oversee and assist the Collections Department.
  • Foster relationships with outside vendors.
  • Ensure proper reconditioning of used Inventory from start to finish.
  • Meet or exceed Sales Goals.
  • Train/educate employees on policies and procedures (as needed).
  • Follow Underwriting/Loan Approval guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory purchasing.
  • Ensure proper paperwork completion on deliveries.
  • General daily management of the Sales Team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
