Now Hiring - Retail Sales Sales Assistant in Riverside, CA

The Sales Assistant is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities of the Sales Department by current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing this facility, and as may be directed by the Sales Manager to assure that the Sales Department is run in a safe, efficient, and proper manner. Additionally, the Sales Assistant is responsible for increasing sales and improving customer service.

Essential Job Duties:

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Associate college degree (or higher) and/or verifiable sales background preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of autos/trucks.
• Clear and professional communication skills: written, oral & interpersonal.
• Good Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Self-motivated and goal orientated.
• Decision-making and negotiating skills.
• Must display a positive and friendly attitude as well as proper behavior during work hours.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
• Subject to frequent interruptions. Usually works in an office setting.
