As the Insurance Advisor, you will service an established book of business with the opporutnity to establish and grow your own book. Full Time. Base salary of $30,000 + Incentive Program.

General Administrative

• Update processes / procedures
• Maintain office vendor contracts / relationships for assigned technology
• Maintain physical and electronic client files
• Support general administrative needs as requested
• Complete back-up duties as assigned

Business Development

• Call prospects to provide overview of firm and schedule initial appointments
• Participate in prospect meetings
• Support the preparation of client events
• Serve as a key contact in maintaining strategy alliance and center of influence relationships
• Support firm and advisors in marketing efforts as requested

Client Service

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client relationships
• Communicate regularly with assigned clients to provide advice/recommendations
• Oversee the preparation for all appointments, including review of the preliminary meeting agenda
• Work with the Administrative Assistant in scheduling client appointments to ensure even workload and adequate preparation time
• Process client service requests and escalate issues when appropriate

Operations

• Manage CRM database, workflows and processes and track client interactions, assigning client-related tasks to appropriate team members for completion

Pay: $30,547.00 - $38,380.00 per year
