HHHunt Homes is a growing homebuilding operation looking for a strong, experienced New Home Advisor to join our sales team. The New Home Advisor represents HHHunt Homes by discovering the needs of prospects and helping them choose the ideal home and lifestyle to fit their needs. The New Home Advisor is required to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals, set collaboratively by themselves and management, for the communities in which they work.

The New Home Advisor is compensated on a straight commission basis per the New Home Advisor Compensation Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line sales team
• Convert prospects into homeowners
• Prepare Home Purchase Agreements
• Ensure model homes are properly maintained and staffed
• Provide management with site-activity reports
