The Internet Manager oversees the Internet Department and is responsible for controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining internet records.

Job Definition:

• Maintain the dealership's website with up-to-date vehicle specifications and availability
• Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
• Meet sales and customer goals and objectives as defined by the General Manager
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
• Disclose terms of sales with consumers and review sales with dealership management
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival, ensure that the customer understands their vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department to update the website and create Internet promotions and advertisements
• Lead and motivate the Internet Sales team

• Prior experience in Internet automotive sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm, positive attitude, ambition, work ethic, professional conduct, high integrity, and dedication to personal improvement
