Job Description
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our team in the marketing & sales group. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll advance in our organization by demonstrating your ability to be a tenacious self-starter every day. As a hunter, you’re able to generate new leads. You have no problem prospecting for new sales opportunities - through researching to identify target leads, creating cold call/email outreach strategies, and executing them via telephone, email, and LinkedIn messages.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to and qualify incoming web, phone, and live chat inquiries regarding Enconnex services and products.
- Generate a net-new pipeline by building a list of leads to contact and qualify.
- Partner with our experienced Sales Directors to help fill their sales pipeline while developing your skills to produce high-quality opportunities with IT professionals.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Enconnex products.
- Evangelize the Enconnex products across all IT technologies.
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Solid Base Salary + Commission, 3 Weeks’ Vacation plus Holidays, Sick Days, and Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, 401k Matching Program, Travel/Commute Reimbursement & more
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or a strong desire to be in technology sales.
- Bright, energetic professional with outstanding written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High energy and positive attitude, comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Prior Inside Sales SDR / BDR experience is a plus.
- Experience with being held to metrics is a plus.
- ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and CRM tools are a plus.
LOCATION AND TYPE: Full-time employment in Reno, NV.
