Job Description

This position will work on the phone, emails, social media and on the road. The goal is to educate business owners of the benefits the BBB brand offers every for profit company. We would like to attain a 10-15 % market share by the end of 2023.

Compensation This position will be focused on talking and renewing AB's that are up for or missed the payment to renew 40% of their time each week. 60% of the week will be spent working on developing interest with non accredited AB's. The individual will need to be a self starter and work specific metrics and enter data so we can measure the development. Goal would be to be > 3 new AB's a week and 4 retention payments. Hourly rate $10 per hour, between 32-38 hours per week, 250 dials on phone week, talk with > 40 decision makers and close > 15% each week. At time of new application fee paid is $125. Retention payment is $50. There will be weekly incentives paid if specif benchmarks are met helping to develop the success of the brand. Annual estimate is a $30,000- $55,000 year package plus benefits based on your performance.
