You will be responsible for managing the entire process of buying and selling properties, from initial consultations with clients to negotiating deals and closing sales.

Co-founder and Broker, Cristina Munoz, has run a successful real estate business for the last ten years as an agent and has created the steps and processes to help others do the same with the launch of her brokerage, CC360 Realty.

Responsibilities include

• Showing properties to potential buyers or renters
• Marketing and advertising properties for sale or rent
• Negotiating sales or rental contracts with clients
• Managing the paperwork of real estate transactions
• Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Working with clients to determine their needs and preferences, and helping them find the right property
• Keeping abreast of local market conditions, government regulations, and industry trends
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, contacts, and listings
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and building long-term relationships.

Job Requirements

• Have or be willing to obtain an active NJ Real estate license
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
• High level of attention to detail
• Self-motivation and goal-oriented mentality
• Ability to work independently
• Coachable and willingness to learn

Salary Details

A first year agent who works the plan as we teach them can expect to earn between $40,000 and $75,000 annually. However, success is based on what you put into it, and a six figure income is easily possible with consistency and a strong work ethic. We’ll teach you how to get over the six figure mark.

Pay: $87,824.86 - $104,345.88 per year
