Now Hiring - Greystar - Real Estate Regional Sales Manager - Western Region in Denver, CO

The purpose of this role is to partner with Regional Director of Operations, to assist field level sales teams. The main focus will be maximizing occupancy and revenue, within the assigned regional territory. This role will focus on maximizing occupancy and increasing revenue.

Required Experience:
Community Manager experience, Active Adult Community Manager desired but not required
Must reside in Arizona or Colorado

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coaches, trains, tracks and assists with the management of the Sales Consultants at each community.
• Setting monthly goals and developing sales strategies to ensure success of Communities, to meet or exceed the predetermined monthly sales goals
• Ensuring that all the Sales processes and procedures are being followed at all levels.
• Trains all new and existing sales counselors to the Greystar Senior Housing standards. As needed, conducting weekly Sales Meetings to influence individual and group dynamics.
• Recruiting and interviewing candidates within a sales function. • Working with teams in database management
• Analyze and evaluate all community events
• Create and/or maintain an efficient work environment through positive reinforcement

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
