Ballymore Safety Products, a leading manufacturer of industrial safety equipment, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer requests for quotations
• Responding to expediting requests from customers
• Selling Ballymore and Tri-Arc branded products
• Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
• Collaborating with sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Processing orders and managing customer accounts
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continuously improving the customers experience

Requirements:

• Must enjoy working with customers
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales or college degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in the industrial safety equipment industry preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
