ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell the features of new homes.
• Utilize current market data such as competitive market analysis (CMA) and other resources to sell homes.
• Must continuously source new customers through networking, referrals, and other methods to attract potential buyers.
• Responsible for coordinating customers' appointments and having all information available regarding the new homes.
• Must be able to meet/exceed sales goals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent two or more years of college preferred.
• Current Real Estate License required.
• 1 + year of experience in purchasing-related preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to close the deals.
• Must be able to maintain and develop good relationships in regard to potential buyers.
• Computer skills require (internet, social media sites, and other tools to develop clients).
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must possess a high level of professionalism, strong work ethic, excellent listening skills.
