Full description of the position

The BCP Real Estate Group is currently hiring real estate agents in our Connecticut office.

We have a unique lead system where we provide buyer and seller clients to our agents.

We also offer very high splits to our agents. We're able to help our agents stay fully booked on the front lines of the busy real estate market across CT.

We are looking for agents with at least some Connecticut real estate sales experience. A CT real estate license is required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
