Medical Device Sales Associate - Orthopedics - Wound Care

My medical device client has some of the leading products in biologically active regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair as well as orthopedic surgery. As the current leader in the science and clinical application of regenerative medicine, their products are some of the only advanced wound care therapy of its type indicated for tissue reconstruction, trauma wounds and burns. The call points for this role include outpatient wound care centers, long term care, acute care as well as being in the OR but NO on call/beeper! They are seeking an Associate Sales rep to work and support senior sales reps; cover cases, prospect for new business, manage clients. Responsibilities include to manage and growing existing clients as well as penetrate new business opportunities.

Profile:

• Light Medical and/or light Pharma Sales Experience
• Hungry and Aggressive
• Desire to get into Medical Device
• Seeking reps with longevity in positions, with most recent role 2-4 years+

Requirements:

• College Degree (Required)
• Min. 1-3 years+ experience in light Medical / ASR role
• Documented sales success (stats, rankings, quota achievements)
• Consistent years of over 100% to plan with Awards, Trips, etc.
• Valid Driver’s license

Offering:

• Base Salary $60,000 + Bonus = $100,000 Yr. 1
