Are you looking to become a real estate agent? NextHome Soundings Realty is hiring experienced agents and newly licensed real estate agents. Not licensed yet? We’re even hiring students enrolled in pre-licensing class*.

We are looking for talented professionals to join our growing team. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, time management skills, and commitment to your own success. All of our agents must possess a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing are valuable to a career in real estate.

Using your knowledge of real estate you will be responsible for guiding our clients through their purchase or sale transaction.

Responsibilities

• List and sell residential or commercial real estate
• Discover clients criteria and find living spaces that fit that specific criteria
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Participate in open houses and networking activities to enhance your sales
• Advertise and market your real estate services to the local community
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients
• Manage communications with all clients who are active in the real estate sales process

No experience necessary.

Qualifications

• Must join a Board or Realtors. (Greater Boston, Cape and Islands, or Rhode Island)
• Must join the MLS associated with the corresponding board
• Must have a valid Real Estate License in MA prior to holding yourself out as a real estate agent*.
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus but training is provided
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a valid driver’s license

* While a real estate license is not required to apply or sign on, you must obtain a real estate license before transacting in real estate. To earn a real estate license you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam.

** Real estate compensation is tied to performance. The compensation is 100% commission based. The more work and effort you put into your business, the more you will earn.

Pay: $48,406.00 - $171,622.00 per year
