We are looking for a Sales Support Associate on a full-time basis based out of our Corporate office.

Availability:

• Full-Time, 40 hours a week, with some overtime - ask your interviewer!
• Schedules vary within these times:
  • Shift 1: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Summary:

Contacts (via telephone, email and text) prospective members and guests, schedules in-club appointments with Membership team, completes waiver execution process, presents offers and activates trial memberships and passes while communicating frequently with various locations’ sales managers and teams.

Accountabilities:

• Completes 60 calls per day to prospective members and guests
• Suggests improvements to, and memorizes telephone scripts
• Displays a positive attitude toward all members, guests, and staff
• Enters all leads, sales, appointments, contracts, waivers, guest passes, etc. into appropriate systems
• Maintains and enforces the highest level of customer service at all times while complying with company policy and procedures
• Works overtime when needed
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance
• Communicates effectively with members, coworkers and supervisor verbally and in writing
• Works in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Follows all health and safety requirements such as, but not limited to, physical distancing, regular surface cleaning, cough/sneeze etiquette, regular hand washing, and not coming to work when sick
• Promptly and thoroughly reviews all requested health and safety training provided, asking questions for any topic not clearly understood
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phone representative (SalesForce outbound), retail sales or other sales experience preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Intermediate experience with MS Office365
• Novice experience with SalesForce
