We’re looking for Outbound Appointment Schedulers.

The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Job functions:

· Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and emails to cross-sell, upsell, and schedule pending estimates

· Call potential customers that are generated by external lead sources

· Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities

· Answering new and existing customers' questions and sending additional information per email

· Keeping up with product and service information and updates

· Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and appointments

· Enter new customer data and update changes to an existing account in the corporate database

· Overcome objections of prospective customers

· Closing sales and achieving sales target

Requirements:

· Proven customer support experience

· Track record of over-achieving

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· Familiar with computer functionality

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities

· Sales experience is preferred
