JOB DESCRIPTION
Leaders Staffing is growing again! We are looking to add a passionate, high performing Sales Professional to join our team!
The regional sales manager will actively develop new business and engage with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention for our Warsaw/Goshen/Elkhart region.

The role has a livable base salary plus commission pay structure. The typical workday is M - F from 8am to 5pm. This is an internal direct hire position with Leaders Staffing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an account executive or other sales roles
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Prioritizing, superior written and verbal communication, and time management skills
- The ability to quickly build rapport with potential and current clients
- Knowledge of market research, negotiating principles, and closing techniques
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout the region
- Must live in the Goshen/Elkhart/Warsaw area
RESPONSIBILITES
- Developing relationships with and securing new clients while proactively engaging with existing client to ensure satisfaction/retention.
- Build relationships through drive, creativity and strong interpersonal skills to close deals
- Managing the entire sales cycle from identifying potential leads, closing, transferring the client successfully to the local office, and continued follow up with the client
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the branch managers and the staff through open communication and a willingness to serve and help where needed.
- Community involvement through the local SHRM chapter, community events, and networking opportunities.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Determining pricing for quotes, negotiations, and sales presentations
- Generating leads
- Maintaining client records
- Computer competency to include Microsoft applications, entering the correct information into our system, including rates, payment terms, requirements, etc.
- Multitasking and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
- B2B 3+ years (Preferred)
- Driver’s License (Required)
- Staffing experience 1+ year (Preferred)
