Requirements:

• A proven track record of success maximizing unit volume and market share as well as gross profit and CSI.
• Must have experience in working deals, evaluating trade in vehicles, and financial services.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving KPI improvements as well as employee satisfaction
