Position Overview:

The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for actively promoting Weed Man to potential customers, leading door to door lead generators and following all solicitation laws.

Priority Tasks of Lead Generation Manager:

• Make sure plans and routes are in place for each day to ensure efficiency
• Transport door knockers via company vehicle
• Be sure of the proper solicitor’s license nightly and ensure they are displayed in the proper manner.
• Effectively communicate with potential customers
• Supports the company’s mission, goals, and strategies
• Audit area supervisors and lead generators weekly
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather (hot and cold), and equipment which includes: pen, paper, clipboard, etc. Additionally, door-to-door activity usually located on residential property.

Requirements for being apart of our team:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• Sales or management experience (preferred)
• Class E license (preferred)
• Ability to coach and teach others how to generate leads by following company policies and procedures.
• Have not been convicted of a felony and is not a registered sex offender

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,480.00 - $50,000.00 per year
