Full description of the position

We are seeking a dynamic, competitive and organized individual that is passionate about sales that is both new to the sales industry and insurance! The candidate will be a part of a hands-on, intense 24 month training and development program to prepare the individual to run their own territory. The training will include learning about the insurance industry, insurance products and proper sales techniques. This is a consultative sales role requiring the individual to build relationships with customers by driving business, doing demonstrations, building rapport and handling problems/creating solutions by overcoming challenges and objections.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, a desire for coaching and a strong work ethic are essential
• College degree or completion of military/other industry training program preferred
• Local and overnight travel may be required when safe to do so
• This is not a work from home position

The individual will start by learning the basics of insurance then begin their sales training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
